Happy Halloween!
Base black for all nails: 2 coats of Cult Nails Nevermore
For the index and small fingers: Piggy Polish Three Cheers And A Tiger, multichromatic bar and microhexes, with Picture Polish G'Day Matte topcoat over it!
The kitty skulls and the bat on the thumb are little decals I've had for years and years. I have no idea where I got them. Probably Wal-Mart! I added Seche Vite topcoat over those.
