Glitzy Strawberry

waaat random mid-day post

Hallo! I found a mani I forgot to show you from a while ago! It was an "oh crap, we are leaving in less than half an hour and I need a fresh mani" situation, and so I went for a simple, quick combo that looked cute and used my newest polish!

The pink is Sally Hansen Insta-Dri #60 Straw-ready, and I found it at Cosmetics Plus last time I went shopping. I feel like you can never have too many bright pretty pinks, and I expected this one to be a perfect, fast-drying, one-coater like all the Insta-Dri polishes. I was not disappointed! It's lovely and creamy and covers perfectly and is exactly what we've come to expect from the line. I lurve it.

To make it more fun, I added China Glaze Glitz 'N Pieces, from their similarly-named Bitz 'N Pieces collection. I kind of wish I had more of these. They all consist of small, medium, large, and extra-large hex glitters as well as bars, in black + one other metallic colour. This particular one is black paired with silver, and it's pretty rad. It can jazz up any base, and you only need one coat to get this look! Didn't even really need to do any dabbing or placing--just paint and go. Belleza. Topped with Seche Vite.

Indoors with flash, it takes on a more blueish tone.
The most colour-accurate photo.

Easy as pie! Nothing fancy or difficult, but still cute and I got a few compliments on it :) Hope you liked this one, and I'll see you next time for more! xoxo
